Collaboration with Partner: NBS Technologies worked in collaboration with Klystron Global with a turnkey Kiosk Solution to one of the oldest and largest central Banks’ in Oman.
Problem: The Bank wanted to instigated a self service solution to give their customers the freedom and access to be able to receive new cards without having to wait in-line at branch level. They wanted their customer to have this access 24/7. We started the engagement for launching self-service KIOSKs with Javelin Kiosk Multi-Hoppers and issued different kinds of pre-paid cards. This was for existing and new-to-bank customers with e-KYC and digital onboarding through our KIOSK application.
Solution: Klystron Global started the engagement for launching self-service KIOSK with Javelin Printers and issued different kinds of pre-paid cards. After the successful launch of pre-paid cards, the Bank initiated the second phase of self-service KIOSKs with the M8 Embosser for regular customer onboarding and services offered by customer service representatives (CSR) at branches. This has several services and issuance/replacement of debit and credit cards in addition to services offered in phase-1.
The bank will position these KIOSKs at their branches and public places in a phased manner and reduce footfall at the branches Klystron was the preferred partner due to our competencies, domain expertise, professionalism and understanding of local requirements.
