As President and Chief Executive Officer of NBS Technologies Inc., Kirk is responsible for the leadership and continued development of the Card Solutions business lines.

Kirk joins NBS from his independent consulting practice, Elan Tactical Management, where he led various technology sector organizations through change initiatives to deliver greater profitability. Prior to establishing his management practice, he gained significant executive management experience financing and developing major telecom start-up operations for BCE and others. Kirk's experience also includes 15 years in senior management working on turnarounds for manufacturing operations within GE Canada.
